Vitech has designed and developed the Chip & Dust Collection System (CDCS) for the extraction of solid rocket propellant fuel shavings from the horizontal boring machine. The dust is very hazardous, explosive, and corrosive in nature. Similar systems have been supplied to ISRO, DRDO, and HEMRL, and they have been operating without any mishaps for more than two decades.

Vitech has provided a paint booth for the painting of heavy artillery guns for Bharat Electronics Ltd. Additionally, Vitech has supplied a dust collection system for the gun manufacturing ordnance factory in Trichy. We have also provided a large paint booth to HAL Bangalore.

Vitech has provided a Forced Air-Cooling System (FACS) for a nuclear project in Mexico as a replacement of the existing system, complying with customer requirements. A Pneumatic Conveying Dryer for polyester chips was designed in-house and supplied to various installations of Reliance vendors.
